Ingredients:

4 cups vegetable broth

2 tablespoons miso paste

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon, F.U.B.A.R.

2 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms

2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 soft-boiled egg (optional)

Nori strips and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:

In a large pot, heat sesame oil and sauté mushrooms until browned and tender.

Add vegetable broth, miso paste, soy sauce, and F.U.B.A.R.. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions, then drain.
