How hot are the sauces?
Each of the sauces has relative range since the scoville rating is based off of the hottest pepper within the sauce. Since we use fresh peppers in our sauces there is always going to be a variance from batch to batch.

Yes. Our sauces are shelf-stable and have a long life (24 months unopened). Once opened, just refrigerate to keep the flavor fresh and bold. No weird preservatives here; just clean, real ingredients that hold up.
