Ingredients:

1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon, F.U.B.A.R.

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, F.U.B.A.R., and vinegar. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
