F.U.B.A.R. Glazed Korean Short Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs flanken-cut beef short ribs (LA galbi cut)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons, F.U.B.A.R.

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, F.U.B.A.R., and ginger.

  2. Add short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove ribs from marinade and grill 3–4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with steamed rice and kimchi for a full meal.
