Black Garlic Steak Sandwich with Spicy Aioli

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup caramelized onions

  • 1 cup arugula

  • 2 hoagie rolls or ciabatta buns

Black Garlic Aioli:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon, F.U.B.A.R.

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:

  1. Mix all aioli ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
