Philadelphia Sushi Rolls

  1. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi rolling mat.
  2. Wet your hands and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. Arrange slices of smoked salmon, avocado, and a line of cream cheese along the bottom edge of the nori.
  4. Roll the sushi tightly from the bottom, using the mat to help.
  5. Seal the edge with a little water.
  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
