Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Perfect with Big Red One - Make sure to save your pumpkin seeds! This spicy pumpkin seed recipe makes a great snack. Easy to spice them anyway you'd like.


  • 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds removed from the pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon Big Red One


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Toss the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds in a large bowl with oil, melted butter and Big Red One.
  2. Spread the seeds on a large baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 45 minutes, or until the seeds are golden brown. Stir them up about half way through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Enjoy!
