Pad Krapow

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red or green Thai chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 5 Tablespoons, Dragon's Breath
  • Steamed rice for serving


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped chilies, stir-frying for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground chicken to the wok, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  4. Pour Dragon's Breath over the chicken and stir to combine.
  5. Add fresh basil leaves to the wok, tossing until wilted.
  6. Serve the Pad Krapow hot over steamed rice.
