Aztec Chocolate Pudding

Ancient meets modern in this indulgent dessert. Creamy dark chocolate pudding gets a fiery twist with Big Red One: a bold balance of heat, smoke, and spice that turns dessert into an adventure. It’s rich, velvety, and dangerously addictive.

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon, Big Red One

  • 4 oz dark chocolate (70%), chopped

  • Pinch of salt

  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
