Ingredients:

2 cups whole milk

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch

4 oz dark chocolate (70%), chopped

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
