Each of the sauces has relative range since the scoville rating is based off of the hottest pepper within the sauce. Since we use fresh peppers in our sauces there is always going to be a variance from batch to batch.

Dragon's Breath - Mild - 8K SHUs~
Mean Green - Mild - 8K SHUs~
Big Red One - Medium - 10K SHUs~
Tango Mango - Hot -90K SHUs~
Nuclear Option - Insane - 400K SHUs~

Again these are ballpark estimates based upon the hottest pepper in the sauce and does not constitute as a legitimate SHU test.

Our sauces last for 2 years from production if un-opened. Once opened it needs to be refrigerated.

The peppers used in our sauces are sourced locally when available. It can change depending on the seasons and general availability.

But we source ALL of our peppers domestically right here in the U.S.
