Since we use fresh peppers in all of our sauces the heat range will vary but usually sits in the middle of the range (8K~SHUs). The scoville units will change based on several variables. You can read more about it in our blog post here. 

Dragon's Breath was the accumlation 10 years of cooking meals for ourselves. Eli and Sean used to create chicken, broccoli, and rice on Sundays when meal prepping for the week. As you can imagine that combination got old quickly. 

Throwing together some ingredients we had in the fridge the 'Dragon Saucce' was created from equal parts Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, and sriracha. 

Fast forward to today WE KNEW we had to make this sauce but amped up to 11 in the flavor department. The combination of the fresh ginger and garlic really just elevates this sauce to another world. Easily our new favorite sauce as it pairs so nicely with so many different types of foods.
